The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program provides essential training in basic patient care, safety, and communication. Through classroom learning, hands‑on skills practice, and supervised clinical experience, students gain the knowledge needed to support nurses and care for patients in healthcare settings. Upon completion, graduates are eligible to take the state certification exam and begin working as CNAs in hospitals, long‑term care facilities, and home health environments.

Through a blend of classroom instruction, skills laboratory practice, and supervised clinical experience, students gain a strong foundation in essential nursing procedures and patient communication techniques. Topics include infection control, vital signs monitoring, patient mobility and safety, personal care assistance, nutrition support, recognition of common health conditions, and other required courses.

CNA Session and CBRF classes that provide essential training for individuals working in Wisconsin Community‑Based Residential Facilities. These courses prepare caregivers to support residents safely and effectively while meeting state regulatory requirements. Training includes core topics such as Medication Administration, Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, and First Aid & Choking. Other courses may include Resident Rights & Behavioral Support.

CPR/AED/First Aid: This course teaches essential lifesaving skills, including how to perform CPR, use an AED, and provide basic first aid for common emergencies. Participants learn to respond quickly to cardiac arrest, choking, injuries, and sudden illnesses. After completing the training, students receive certification demonstrating their readiness to act in emergency situations.
CBRF Courses: Medication Administration, Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, and First Aid & Choking.
