Meet the Owner
Dr. Tynisha McWright, Owner and Operator of TMJ Learning Center, LLC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 27 years of clinical and patient care experience. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice/Doctorate in Leadership from Chamberlain University, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Alverno College, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Dr. McWright is a certified BLS/CPR Instructor with the American Red Cross and a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) Instructor through the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. She also served as a Clinical Instructor at Alverno College of Nursing, where she helped prepare and mentor future nursing professionals. Dedicated to advancing healthcare education and patient outcomes, Dr. McWright is passionate about empowering individuals through knowledge, leadership, and professional development. Her guiding motto is: "Learn. Lead. Succeed!"

As a healthcare provider, you often ask yourself, "how can I better serve and improve the communities I serve?" My answer, “To prepare and equip quality caregivers to address the nursing shortage with dignity and care.”
The Purpose & Passion
I am a "Career Student". I am often called this by family and friends because of my pursuit for higher education, and constantly seeking new and innovative ideas to serve meaningful purpose not only for healthcare, but for everyday life.
