Meet the Founder
Dr. Tynisha McWright is the Founder and Owner of TMJ Learning Center, LLC., and a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP, MSN, RN, FNP-BC) with more than 27 years of hands-on healthcare experience. A former Clinical Nursing Instructor at Alverno College, she built TMJ Learning Center to directly address Wisconsin's nursing shortage-training residents of underserved communities for stable, in -demand careers in healthcare. Under her leadership, TMJ Learning Center has built a track record to match its mission: 100% of CNA graduates have passed their certification exam, and 100% have found employment within 90 days.

The Purpose & Passion
I am a "Career Student". I am often called this by family and friends because of my pursuit for higher education, and constantly seeking new and innovative ideas to serve meaningful purpose not only for healthcare, but for everyday life.
